Real completed workThe FAQ reflects the actual cleaning and cosmetic-restoration service offered. What does a professional BBQ clean include?
The exact scope depends on the BBQ format, visible condition, materials and access. It can include accessible grills and plates, removable components, interior surfaces and exterior detailing. See our BBQ cleaning service for more detail.
What is cosmetic restoration?
Cosmetic restoration focuses on presentation improvement where the materials and condition are suitable. Heat staining, corrosion, baked-on residue or age-related wear may remain. See BBQ cosmetic restoration.
Do you repair burners, ignition systems or gas components?
No. Gas repairs, testing, disconnection, reconnection and conversion are outside our scope. Suspected gas or safety faults should be assessed by an appropriately licensed gasfitter.
Can you clean built-in BBQs and outdoor kitchens?
Yes, where access and surrounding finishes allow the work to be carried out safely and without interfering with the gas installation. See built-in BBQ cleaning.
How is pricing assessed?
Pricing reflects the BBQ’s format, condition, access and the agreed result. The complete payable price is confirmed before work starts. See our pricing information.
Which Sydney areas do you service?
North Shore and Northern Beaches enquiries are a strong focus, with suitable jobs elsewhere in metropolitan Sydney also considered. See our Sydney service areas.
Can you assess the BBQ before I book?
Yes. The condition assessment explains what can be considered visually before a booking is accepted. Use the quote enquiry form when you are ready to send the job details.
